Privacy policy

The Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004, (PHIPA) applies to Naturopathic Doctors Registered with the Board of Directors of Drugless Therapy Naturopathy. It sets out detailed rules for the collection, use and disclosure of personal health information. It also requires the safeguarding of personal health information. In this context, PHIPA requires health information custodians to obtain consent form patients or their substitutes for any collection, use and disclosure of personal health information.
